"Pros: Excellent choice in Bessho onsen!! This was the first time we visited this place and we loved it so much!! We had very comfortable experience in this hotspring hotel. The workers were all extremely kind. They drove us from the train station to the hotel, helped us carry the luggage, and introduced all the visiting information here. Our room was very big, with extraordinary scenery and we enjoyed it a lot. Dinner and breakfast were included, and the food was just outstanding. BTW, after we bathed with the onsen, our skin truely became very very moisturized. What a magic onsen^^ This was one of our best experience in Japan!! Cons: nothing. Maybe we should stay longer? "Pros: It was such a wonderful experience staying in Nakamatsuya. Service was exceptional. Staff were super friendly and polite. Food was delicious and a lot of local ingredients. Hot spring was really nice overlooking the city from top floor. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future. If you want to experience true Japanese Onsen experience, don’t miss it!
