"Pros: Everything was clean and spotless, rooms are spacious and the onsens are lovely and amazing. The value is also really good and worth staying here. Really nice and clean Yukatas to wear are also great. Cons: Shared bathrooms are never as nice as private bathrooms although they kept them spotless and it almost felt like no one else was using the shared bathroom except me. I also find it hard to sleep on Futon’s but that might be my issue." ~Leonardo
