"Pros: 1) central location, convenience to reach. The reception is 5F so need to take elevator up. Once up, taking off shoe, put in a shoe locker and go reception to check in. 2) capsule is organized and clean, there is big long locker to store luggage but if luggage too big it won’t fit. Inside locker provide pajama, towels, I also see some has a blue short shorts but mine didn’t have. 3) there is free tooth brush and razor, hair care products, so basically everything is provided. Cons: 1) tattoo is not welcomed, blocking off many international guest I guess. But it is actually also a good thing as Japanese culture. 2) the night is full, so the capsule has lots of people snoring, and it is not so clean at the bath after so many people use." ~Chee
