"Pros: The location is great, quiet enough for Osaka :). It is close to metro stations The staff was great and helped us with anything we needed. If you need something you just have to ask to see if they have that available. The rooms were very clean. Cons: Nothing to add. The room was very small, but I know this is specific to Japan and I have seen even smaller rooms :)" ~Timeea
