"Pros: Good location and value for big groups. Not too far from the Zao Onsen Ski Resort, only an hour away by highway, and good onsens in the area. We were given meal voucher tickets when checking in, and ate good at the local restaurant for dinner. Houses were clean and check in was easy. Cons: We rented 2 houses for a group of 10ppl, and unfortunately through booking.com there didn't seem to be a great way to tell that the buildings were quite far from each other. Also the bedding, was clean, but quite uncomfortable. The twin beds were very hard and the futon floor beds were not thick enough to be comfortable." ~Richard
