"Pros: well, it still seems brand new, and the location can't be beat — walk to the main 'downtown' area and the beach in mere minutes. i want to say that i am an airbnb host, so i know the ins & outs of the business very well. this house is excellent, maybe too nice for a beach house! having said that, it's best for a group of friends or family due to the location of the single toilet (in a 3F house) being on the 1F right at the foot of the bed, which is also the entranceway. hmm. i'm a travel agent accompanied by a young couple (customers) so it was a bit awkward due to the layout. Cons: for some reason there was a snafu with the communication. apparently the host (a company, perhaps?) couldn't locate my booking even tho, well, it's obviously here thru booking com! ended up having to work it all out via phone & messaging, and just in the nick of time to get the instructions for getting the key & entering." ~Kigouya

"Pros: The pension is located near the bus station so also convenient to restaurants and cafes. The room was quite large and included a kitchen, bathtub, bathroom and living room/bedroom. There was a problem with the plumbing in the room I booked, so they graciously offered me a significant upgrade to a much better room for the same price. Cons: There were a couple of flying bugs in the room but not a problem. I needed two fo the floor cushions before I felt comfortable on the floor futon." ~Gary
