"Pros: Good location in a quiet area, quite close to the beach and restaurants. Clean, nice living room, and a fairly decent kitchen. Cons: Poor communication with the host — not very helpful, mostly just giving out rules and restrictions for the apartment. It’s surprising that such a large house doesn’t have wardrobes in the bedrooms, there’s no iron, and only one bathroom, which can be problematic for seven people. While it’s mentioned that the grill comes at an extra cost, the fee of 8,000 JPY is quite high, and why are there no outdoor furniture pieces on the terrace? Quite strange…" ~Norbert
