"Pros: Rinn Premium Hiun was an incredible spot for our family of seven. The townhouse was BEAUTIFUL and really gave us a traditional Japanese experience. Cons: A few areas in the home were dusty and it would've been great to have garbages emptied and towels refreshed without having to call. It would also be good to have few hooks throughout the townhouse especially in bathrooms for Yukata, towels etc. These were very minor things though and didn't detract from our enjoyment." ~Anonymous
