"Pros: I was gladly surprised when the staff did not insist to show them some ID when I said I lived in Japan. Many hotel don’t know / knows but don’t care that it’s actually illegal to ask a foreigner their ID ( passport and zairyu card) when said foreigner is saying that they are currently residing in Japan with a proper visa. Also, I could not book a non smoking room so I had to book a smoking room, but the staff gave me an air purifier. Thank you for this! Cons: Even tho they provided an air purifier, the room smelled absolutly bad, but since I am the one who booked the smoking room I think it can’t be helped. Also, the train is really near so you can hear it clearly." ~Sandra
