"Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: The room smelled smiley although the room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The staff on the 2nd floor asked me to pay at an automatic cashier on the 1st floor but no receipt was provided to me. Needless to say, I’m never coming back to this property!" ~Kenji
