"Pros: The staff speak very little English but applaud them for trying and assisting us. The first room they gave was very tired and old, and we requested a change of room and they happily obliged. We were happy with the services provided by Mr Shoji and Ms Toko. The waitresses are also friendly and accommodating. The location is great to visit Kamogawa Ocean Park. Cons: It would be nice if the room and bathroom had more clothes hangers. The humidifier was not working. Had informed the front desk but nothing was done." ~Ed_chin
