"Pros: I loved the extra entertainment offered in the evenings (taiko performance during my stay) as well as the welcome drink to enjoy over the sunset. Cons: If there were any problems (and there weren't many), they consisted solely of the bed being too firm - as is typical and expected in many Japanese hotels - and the lack of blackout curtains in the room.
