"Pros: The location is perfect. Super close to onsen, hiking, and restaurants. The large style bath was also really fun. Cons: The facility is very small. With beds all pressed together the table had to be moved into the kitchen. To use the kitchen the trash had to be moved. One of the bed frames was broken, and there was not enough toilet paper. The biggest disappointment was the huge onsen style bath. Without clear instructions on how to keep it hot, we couldn't figure out how to really use and enjoy it." ~Alexandra
