"Pros: I really enjoyed the hot springs, the wine bar (3pm-6pm) and the opportunity to listen to jazz records on vinyl, the dinner, and the view. Cons: I found the room to be a bit cramped and wished the check out was at 11am rather than 10am… also, I was surprised at how strong the sulphuric smell was in the neighborhood— it was a bit off putting to me for spending time outdoors." ~Kristie

"Pros: hilltop offers beautiful views of the foliage and the skyline. The room is very clean and comfortable. The dinner was very nice. This place is tranquil and conducive. Cons: Staff not friendly and not proactive. Ask for jackets but reception lady replied that there were no jackets but I could see other guests wearing them all over. There was a miscommunication with hotel on free breakfast but there is nothing much could be done due to miscommunication perhaps. Rather surprise to witness rather muted looking staff from reception to the dining hall" ~Wee
