"Pros: The location was great! It was very easy to get into the cottage. Lots of personal supplies are available at location, and 2 Konbinis within a less than 20 minutes walk to either of them. The Narusawa Roadside rest area is a very scenic walk for shopping, ice cream, and a museum. This was a great place to stay!
Cons: The transportation options are limited to getting to and from the bigger towns/cities that are a 2 hour walk away. The cottage had no faults for my family of 4."

"Pros: the place is new, the interior design is warm/cozy with the wooden wall and incandescent lighting
my reason for staying in this Narusawa Village was trekking the Aokigahara Jukai & the Saiko Lake area
the kitchen & bathroom / toilet are clean/new/perfect
the shower is perpect
good for both bus-riding travelers & car-driving travelers
Cons: this place is next to the big road, so you’ll hear the noise/feel the vibration from the passing trucks
if you have misophonia or you are a highly-sensitive person (HSP), you might have some troubles with sleep
but for me, after a long walk trekking, it’s not a problem
the neighbors and surroundings are quiet after the sunset, very tranquil and peaceful"

"Pros: Very clean and well maintained property. Space is also decent for a family of 4. 1 min walk from property offers an amazing view of Mount Fuji and this was the best part. Property is located in Narusawa and Mount Fuji can be viewed from multiple locations."

We had the most amazing view of Mt Fuji out of our room window.
