Japanese-style hot spring hotel Iya Onsen is a 15-minute drive from the Kazura-bashi Bridge, an Important Tangible Folk Cultural Property. the Manneken Pis statue of Iya Valley can be walked to in 5 minutes, while Oboke-kyo Canyon is a 30-minute drive away. JR Ooboke Station is a 30-minute drive away. Elegant Japanese-style rooms feature tatami (woven mat) flooring and Japanese futon bedding. Amenities include an LCD TV, CD player and mini-fridge, while bathroom facilities are shared. Guests can relax in one of Iya Onsen's spacious public hot springs, enjoy the special footbath, or take the complimentary cable car to the hot spring in the valley. The hotel houses a souvenir shop and drink vending machines. Japanese-style dinners are served in Cafe Dining HANA or Dining Hall Iya Ferrows. A Japanese or Western-style breakfast is served in Cafe Dining HANA.

Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Iya Onsen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. - The hotel provides a free shuttle to/from Ooboke Station upon prior reservation. It operates once a day, leaving the hotel at 09:50 and the station at 15:10 - Please request the shuttle at the time of booking or contact the property directly at least 1 day prior to arrival. - Please note that the shuttle is not available without reservation. Extra guests exceeding the room occupancy will not be accommodated under any circumstance. Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box. Please also inform the property in advance if children require meals. Children 3 years and under can be accommodated in an existing bed free of charge. Please contact the property directly for more details. Please note that the view bath is closed from 10:00 until 11:30 daily, and is closed from 10:00 until 15:00 on Wednesday.
