The staff's exceptional service and attentiveness were particularly noteworthy, as demonstrated by their proactive assistance when my rental car became stuck in the snow-covered parking lot. Their responsiveness via the booking chat platform was commendable, and they efficiently addressed heating issues by promptly replacing faulty equipment. The well-maintained trails leading to each tent enhanced the overall experience, contributing to a memorable stay. Cons: The primary drawbacks of the accommodation were related to the water facilities. The bathroom sink lacked hot water due to the cold pipes during winter, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the shower facilities had limited operating hours, closing at 9 PM, which may not suit all guests' schedules. The shower temperature control was problematic, as attempts to adjust the water temperature by adding cold water resulted in an immediate and drastic temperature drop to ice-cold levels.
