"Pros: The location was excellent - in the Gion district but no over crowding by tourists. 2 sets of bus lines and subway lines equidistant from the hotel. A 7-11 within 2 minutes. The busy street leading to Yasaka pagoda 10 minutes away. The Kamo river just across the street. Very efficient and convenient use of technology in the rooms. The bathroom/washroom was the most advanced that we used in Japan. The staff was always polite and courteous and helpful, but not overwhelming (thankfully)." ~Reema
