"Pros: This townhouse is an amazing experience and a great place to stay in Kyoto. Just a 10 minute walk to the amazing Fushimi Inari shrine, which is the best as you can go there in the late evening and see this beautiful place with no crowds, which is magical. Check-in is made in a hotel near Kyoto main train station and they provide a complimentary taxi from the hotel to the townhouse or a complimentary luggage delivery. It is well equipped, renovated, comfortable, clean and spacious. Two bedrooms, one with two normal beds and second with futons, which we absolutely loved. The staff at the hotel was lovely. Absolutely recommend to stay there! Cons: Stairs are quite steep to the first floor, which may be uncomfortable for people with disabilities. A little bit loud at night as the walls are not soundproof and it's next to main road, it's good to have a pair of earplugs with you." ~Anna
