"Pros: Nice decoration, typical Kyoto house, location has supermarkets around and is well communicated to visit and is in a quiet street of local people living. Cons: Not well equipped to cook and eat ( I missed big plats, salad bowls, pans). Washing machine dryer was not working and had no instructions (even if they proposed to reimburse any expenses for external laundry; but this is clearly not practical for us). Finally, the conventional bedroom is noisy because a building separating the house from a 8 roads avenue is being built; so for the next 6 months minimum, there will be intense street noise in the blue bedroom." ~Myriam
