"Pros: Our host communicated constantly with us & met us personally to explain all the features of the property. He was extremely polite & helpful especially when our luggage was delayed and was able to redirect our luggage to his office, then deliver to our property. Cannot speak more highly of the customer service, outstanding. The property is a great location to local restaurants, food markets, laundromat & downtown shopping. Even though it was snowing outside, it was cosy & welcoming inside. Cons: Nothing" ~Virginia
