"Pros: Some guy bought an old Ryokan and is fixing it up a bit at a time. So most of the place is closed but that doesn't matter because the stuff that's open is really nice. The staff are IMPOSSIBLY gracious and helpful and kind. The food is incredible without being TOO MUCH like many ryokan. They also have converted a HUGE tatami room into a kids area, with pingpong, tents, tricycles, a TRAMPOLINE. it's CRAZY awesome. also the seven waterfalls area around it is very cool. also unlimited free beer!" ~Edward
