"Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. Though it wasn’t fully booked, it had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated the thoughtful upgrade and all the lovely details that enhanced our experience—from the various onsen options to the complimentary bar and excellent coffee. Our room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was exquisite—I slept better than I have in a long time! So far, this has been the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Japan, even compared to the big chains. If you’re visiting the region, this place is absolutely worth it!" ~Michal
