"Pros: Loved the private outdoor onsen bath. It was a wonderful way to spend the end of our day. The rooms a large size which felt like luxury in Japan. I loved the traditional things like the mats and the futons and breakfast was more of a spectacular event. It was special. The lady who explained everything on check in went out of her way to communicate with us. And the lady looking after our room was lovely. Cons: The shuttle service didn’t work for us. We arrived after 6pm so not running. And on checkout we went for a walk and than picked up our bags but shuttle was then not allowed as we didn’t use it when we gave back the key. There was one male on reception who wasn’t very welcoming." ~Cody
