"Pros: The room was very comfortable, it had everything I needed, great location, professional and attentive staff. I loved that the bedsheets were cotton and the duvet genuine feathers, which seems to be a thing in the past at other 3 star places. It was quiet. Breakfast was nice. Cons: There was only one elevator servicing 10 floors, both for guests and service staff. There should be a separate elevator for maintenance staff. It can be unsightly too, with the mops and the bags of laundry, having to give way to the car with supplies. Most of all, if you forget something and need to go back to your room, you can miss a train. Once you go down for breakfast, plan to go on about your business or sightseeing without returning to the room to save time. No stairs available either." ~Iordanova
