"Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff were super professional and friendly, everyone we interacted with did their very best to make sure we are satisfied and have the best experience. The hotel offer shuttle services which makes it easy to go around, especially if you do not come with a car. We stayed at the terrace view room (bou) from which you can see mount. Fuji. Also, having private sauna and onsen is a huge bonus, as well as refills of drinks. The food at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) is delicious, it is french, but with a japanese touch which for us (as tourists) was amazing! Finally, the goats are cute, and become your friends, there are three of them and we already miss them. Cons: None" ~Stav

"Pros: Staff friendly but needed google translator to communicate. Room clean, newly updated with comfortable futon and toilet and wash basin within the room. Enclosed area in the room with table and chairs was lovely for meals overlooking the trees. Three onsens were enjoyable and included toiletries and hairdryer. Free parking. Cons: Internet photos are not current as the public areas are a little rundown, dated and used for storage. The microwave didn't work but staff kindly heated the food in their own kitchen. Additional cost to guests for onsens. Need a car to get to food store or restaurants." ~Carmen
