"Pros: Would absolutely return, I just wish Tsutaya wasn't just in Hakone alone Was debating between this and another listing with provided dinner, but glad I chose this - if you're on the fence I recommend this The indoor & outdoor onsen was such a pleasure to use, the common area which I rarely use was extremely nice - even had heated kotatsus for you to try, with board games and more The toilets are clean and the bed even has a large space at the head where you could put your large backpack and even lay it out, very wide space and comfortable bed too Transport wise, there are several bus options from the station and short walk from bus stop Cons: Would have been nice if every guest could be provided with a yukata to go between indoor & outdoor onsens Very troublesome having to dry off, wear clothes just to take them off again before going into the next onsen" ~En
