The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with a flat-screen satellite TV and a fridge. Guests can choose from a variety of colourful Japanese Yukata robes. Luggage storage is provided at the front desk. Free private hot-spring baths are available. Free parking is on-site. Manten-no-Hoshi is a 20-minute drive from Lake Ashinoko and a 25-minute drive from Hakone Shrine. Hakone Yumoto Train Station is a 5-minute drive away. Lake Yamanaka is a 1-hour drive, while Mount Fuji 5th Station is a 1-hour and 45-minute drive away.

Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. A prepayment via PayPal may be required to secure guest reservations. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via PayPal within the instructed date or guest reservations may be cancelled.
