"Cons: The VIP taxi service was in fact not available as I was unable to find "Yutaka Transportation" taxi at JR Chitose Station. There are many taxis belonging to other companies but not Yutaka! To enquire an other company's taxi, the taxi driver said the hotel was very close, so he was unwilling to do the business and pick this kind of guest. The driver asked me to walk and I felt quite embarrassing to deal with the driver further. To walk to the hotel, I actually felt not a very short distance as I also got big suitcases to move. In particular, accompany with the rough bumpy footpath conditions to the hotel, I found it was not easy and happy. It was not a good experience as it was not what I expected! If the hotel itself could provide pick up service, it would be much much better! Moreover, the hotel is not close to the airport but the hotel only provides one way shuttle bus service from hotel to airport. The room had smoking smell. Luckily, there was a openable window to get fresh air." ~Yuen
