"Pros: Stayed May 2025 with family. 😊 Penthouse suite with its own heated pool, jacuzzi, onsen. Big living room, dining table, 2 bedrooms each with 2 big beds, 2 WC rooms, 2+1 lavatories, vanity / closet room, entry way for removing shoes. Kitchen sink in a “bar counter”. Good wifi. Great breakfast with many Japanese and some continental choices. Cons: 😔 Location far from attractions and restaurants . Short breakfast hours and given only 7:00 or 8:00am slots . How to take a shower with privacy? 1 indoor shower inside onsen room had a glass door facing the balcony. 1 outdoor shower had full glass walls. The hotel is composed of 3 connected buildings. Reception and penthouse suite in 1 bldg, Breakfast hall and some old rooms in 2nd bldg, public Onsen and other rooms in 3rd bldg. The day we were leaving, no one helped with our luggage, they just brought the cart to our room- service was not as consistent. No cooking or heating facilities in kitchen. Mini ref. No full mirror.
