"Pros: My wife and I are repeat guest at Izu Kansya, the host is gracious and accomodating, the views, rooms, beds and location are excellent. With a friendly and easy mood, we have been able to borrow his kitchen to prepare meals when not feeling like going out, and the local grocery (Aeon Value) is but a short walk along the coastal road. We had planned one visit of three nights at the start of a month long vacation, and when other locations and plans changed, we added a second visit for two nights during the last week of our stay simply because of these reasons and his hospitality. Cons: Honestly, the only downside for me was feeling a bit under the weather for some of the days there, jetlag and travel fatigue, for which this property and host were the perfect respite." ~Garrett
