location: Located right on the beautiful 7-mile beach of Negril on the West Coast of Jamaica, approximately an hour and fifteen minutes drive from Montego Bay airport. rooms: The rooms are medium of size and are equipped In-Room Telephone Service, Cable Television in Rooms that are inclusive of Italian and German Channels, Daily Maid Service. Safety Deposit Boxes (At Reception). Due to building structure rooms have different sizes, most have 1 double and 1 single bed, some have 2 double beds. restaurant: Each of the three Merrils have their own semi open-air restaurant, all located right on the beach. Each restaurant serves a different buffet every night. Merrils Beach Resorts clients can choose in which restaurant to eat. exterior: Lush, tropical gardens surround the two-story, colonial style buildings in which the rooms are located. The white sandy beach goes flat into the water and, under normal weather conditions, has no strong waves. Grape trees provide shade. Lounge-chairs and bath towels are provided free of charge. lobby: There is a small reception with money exchange. general: A wonderful resort for couples and families family to relax and enjoy! Along the beach you find private concession such as parasailing, water-skiing, jet ski, banana boat, glass bottom boat, boating and scuba diving. Sometimes live reggae concerts are held along the beach. (0308/ch) inclusive: Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style, afternoon tea/coffee with cake or similar. Unlimited local, alcoholic and alcohol-free, drinks from 10 am - 10 pm. Beach BBQ once (sometimes twice) a week, weather permitting. Kayaks available for use at own risk, free of charge.
