"Pros: In no particular order 1. The owner and team are responsive. 2. You can show up without a plan and be taken care of. However, proper planning will save you a lot of money. 3. The location is walking distance to a couple of shops, restaurants and a convenient store. 4. Gated community 5. Next to a police station and bus stop 6. 1st Floor entrance 7. Great value 8. AC works well 9. Spacious Cons: In no particular order 1. The wifi is different from the first and second floor, causing problems when moving through the apartment 2. The shuttle is limited to a one way drop off at 1030 or 1100 to the beach. 3. The beach, while private, is not the best. Harmony beach is free and better. 4. There are limited towels which is a big deal since there are only replaced every 4 days 5. There is wear and tear that needs to be addressed. Although it's cleaned between guests, a deep clean needs to be done, fixing the wear and tear. It's not a big deal now, but it's a matter of time before it becomes a turn off. 6.
