"Pros: My host, Michael, was there on time to meet me. He was amazing! I loved his professionalism. He was friendly, full of information, and available for questions. He gave me a tour of the apartment and grounds. Michael had cold drinks in the refrigerator and turned the air on so the apartment was cool. He also furnished soaps and small toiletries just like a hotel. He created a three ring binder that had all the essential information about the area like taxi, groceries, emergency services, and much more, plus Michael was available to answer any and all questions even simple ones like recommendations for local cuisine. The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures, so I was very happy. It had all the comforts of home, but in a hotel size space. It was furnished with extra towels, all the small appliances you need, for instance, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, and more. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and flatware. I loved the pool area and the grounds as a whole. There were people out each day deep cleaning(with bleach) the common areas and maintaining the green spaces. The yatch club is on the backside of the property, which made another great addition to my stay. The beach was across the street and easy to access, while small, it was adequate. This property was safe and security personnel were all friendly. I wanted a quiet retreat and this property was everything I wanted and needed for a quiet and restful stay. I will be back.
