"Pros: We had a problem with the heavy sliding bathroom door shutting too fast and 3 out of the 4 of us got our fingers jammed in the door. We alerted the front desk and they brought engineers to fix the door and then moved us to another room with no sliding doors and it was much more spacious. All the staff were courteous and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Cons: We had a power cut and had to walk up the stairs to our room... but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Thankfully the room doors were able to open/close." ~Sandra
