"Pros: The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost for our anniversary/surprise birthday trip for my partner. I asked them to add a special touch to our room and they added balloons and rose petals and some sweet treats. During our stay, they were very accommodating and provided us with complimentary fruit in our room and complimentary late-checkout due to me feeling unwell and an issue with our air conditioning the night before. All of the staff members provided excellent customer service and we were truly grateful to be taken care of so well. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The hotel is a 20 minute train ride from Venice so very well-located. I would highly recommend Four Points Sheraton Mestre. Cons: N/A" ~Jasmin
