"Pros: Location, location, location. The villa is situated some 300m from the beach, in the small, gated neighbourhood. There is a carport at guests' disposal that can accmoodate large SUV with no problem. The host is very accommodating, allowing for a good flexibility of the check-in and check-out time! We really appreciated that, travelling with two kids and the notorious Tirrenia ferry service. The area, although quite remote (car is a must!), sports quite a few good restaurants. The nearest big and well stocked supermarkets are in the city centre, few km away from the villa. I can imagine the house is quite fresh during the heatwaves season, and it has several A/C is at the guests' disposal. The patio is extensive, with comfortable furniture and two sunbeds. There is also an external shower in the corner with wot water fed from the villa reservoir. The BBQ place is equipped with all the necessary utensils and there is a washing machine next to it. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, that somewhat offset the strangely positioned sink problem. Cons: The object is advertised as having a surface of 100m2, but that is not entirely true. The two bedrooms, bathroom, small living room and tiny kitchen do not surpass 40m2. There are two extensive patios in front and on the back of the villa, but they should not be considered a living space - more like an additional resting/dining space if the weather is good and the mosquitos are quiet (the roof over the patios leaks very badly during the rain). Perhaps for two couples or a single-kid family that will be enough, but the kitchen area for cooking for 4 people is way too uncomfortable - the tiny sink far in the corner is barely reachable and half of the pots not working on the induction hob (the hob looks new so perhaps the owner did not pay attention to the pots being made from the proper kind of ferromagnetic steel). Additionally, the TV doesn't work, the shower cabin is very small, and the Velux roof window is leaking during the rain too. Beds, maybe a standard size, but being only 180cm in length, they were too small for me - I am a tall person. However, bigger beds would simply not fit the small rooms. Ps. The address is also not precise: the real address is via Notteri 3. For some strange reason it is impossible to call the host from the foreign (non-Italian) number. Instead, the host wants to use WhatsApp to communicate all the necessary information. Problem will arise when somebody has no internet roaming and cannot use WhatsApp in Italy. Ps2 there is no WIFI in the villa, so... Overall, considering the price over 2000 euros for 10 days of stay, deeply out of season (October), we found value to the price ratio at a medium level only." ~Jakub
