The Cormoran Hotel is set directly on the white sandy shores of Villasimius and provides over 300 metres of private beach. Set in lush gardens, it has water sports facilities and 2 pools. Rooms at the Cormoran are decorated in a simple, functional style. Each comes with air conditioning, satellite TV and a minibar. The apartments have a kitchenette with fridge. Guests can enjoy the hotel’s buffet style meals, served on the open-air terrace in summer. The restaurant has an extensive list of local and Italian wines and an American buffet breakfast is served each morning. The Cormoran Hotel features a photography service, shops and medical services. There are also tennis courts, and the beach has volleyball, windsurfing equipment and a diving centre. Cagliari is 48 km from the complex. Cape Santa Caterina is a 15-minute drive away.
