"Pros: Price was good. Location was easy to reach, close to a bus stop, an easy bus ride up from Trieste centre.
Cons: Warm water supply was a bit tricky. Bathroom sink was fairly clogged.
They could provide at least some cooking oil, as the apartment has cooking facilities. It is hard to carry cooking oil with you when travelling (by public transport, carrying everything), the risk of it leaking and spoiling all your things is too large, and small enough packages for a stay of a couple of days can't be found in shops.
The threatening tone of the instructions "take our the garbage or we will charge you €20 extra" was not nice."
