"Pros: Charming old house located on top of the hill. The room we got was quite dark but it was a blessing during the heatwave - the stone walls are so thick that there is no need for AC, you just have to remember not to let the hot air in during the day. Large pool with sunbeds will certainly stop the less ambitious tourists from venturing further away. If you can resist the pool the area is full of picturesque places worth seeing and Florence is an hour away either by car or train (with the train station within walking distance)." ~Ford.ka
