"Pros: This accomodation is great in many ways. We had the chance to stay in both apartments and they are both really spacious, very clean, quite newly renovated and tastefully furnished, with a well equipped kitchenette, a good bathroom/shower, and comfortable beds. The location is in the middle of Verduno (walking distance to several good restaurants), it is very quiet and has a nice view from the balcony. The host is super friendly and helpful and speaks several languages. She also runs the little restaurant downstairs which a) is really good and b) does not negatively affect the apartments in anyway, as one might fear).
Cons: There is really nothing to mention in the negative section! The only small piece of advice would be to oil the joints of the bed in the Raviola apartment since it is a little creaky (sorry, would have mentioned it then and there in person but simply forgot because everything else was so nice :-))."
