"Pros: Small but comfortable apartment. Spotlessly clean. All the utensils needed to cook a meal were provided with sufficient crockery and cutlery. The bed was comfortable and no noise intruded from the neighbouring apartments. My sleep scores were better than at home! Check in details were provided as short video clips via WhatsApp, much betterthan written instructions. Some would like a more luxurious apartment but this was perfect for my needs and excellent value for money." ~Stephen

"Pros: - flat ist close to the center, supermarket and not too far from the train and bus station - there was a bit of snacks and drinks when we arrived - the flat offers a basic commodity Cons: - the flat was once a garage or drive through to the garden, so it isn't the biggest accommodation in town, but it fullfills basic needs (hoping that the wheather allows you to go out sometime) - no washing machine (even though it was in the description and pictures) - the owner told us it broke some month ago and we could go to the self service some streets away, if we need to wash our clothes - No explanation why they were not exchanging it with a working washing machine (more costs and less comfort vor us) - it seemed that the owner was surprised we were not breaking anything in the flat (check if the pans were used in a proper way) - not even our children broke the collection of fine glass and porcellaine objects spread in the flat (not very child friendly interieur) - heating is not working, if the municipality is deciding so - pretty uncozy 18 degrees in the flat at our arrival (we were using the air conditioning for warming it a bit up, but it took some hours as there is only one in the kitchen) - before our arrival, we were asked how many beds we will need, but there was one bed less prepared (our two boys should have slept together in one bed - no way) - in the description was written that there are means of entertainment, such as Netflix or videogames: let me tell you that there ist a smart TV, but the rest you should already have before your arrival (no account especially for the guests of the flat)" ~E.i.r.a.

"Pros: all is oke,only first comunications not be perfect because english is problem with rent person. Very bad english. But after we comunicate wit another person and all is oke.. Cons: Only change tower problem. we reservation on 4 days and after we continue more 3 days,and ask for change tover,from service say must pay extra for change and wc paper. i think is not correct this because when we pay extra tree day is normal give again new tower and paper because we stay more longer. If comes new guest ,they must clean and give new tower,but now ,because when we stay more,we save him paying new cleaning and because normal give free tower. If forget this,all is oke…" ~Radovan
