"Pros: - flat ist close to the center, supermarket and not too far from the train and bus station - there was a bit of snacks and drinks when we arrived - the flat offers a basic commodity Cons: - the flat was once a garage or drive through to the garden, so it isn't the biggest accommodation in town, but it fullfills basic needs (hoping that the wheather allows you to go out sometime) - no washing machine (even though it was in the description and pictures) - the owner told us it broke some month ago and we could go to the self service some streets away, if we need to wash our clothes - No explanation why they were not exchanging it with a working washing machine (more costs and less comfort vor us) - it seemed that the owner was surprised we were not breaking anything in the flat (check if the pans were used in a proper way) - not even our children broke the collection of fine glass and porcellaine objects spread in the flat (not very child friendly interieur) - heating is not working, if the municipality is deciding so - pretty uncozy 18 degrees in the flat at our arrival (we were using the air conditioning for warming it a bit up, but it took some hours as there is only one in the kitchen) - before our arrival, we were asked how many beds we will need, but there was one bed less prepared (our two boys should have slept together in one bed - no way) - in the description was written that there are means of entertainment, such as Netflix or videogames: let me tell you that there ist a smart TV, but the rest you should already have before your arrival (no account especially for the guests of the flat)" ~E.i.r.a.

"Pros: This is a rare find of four separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is plenty of room in this contemporary, light-filled apartment with car parking and a courtyard. Nestled in a quiet and pretty area, It is ten minutes from the train station and not far into the main historic precinct, shops and restaurants. Host welcoming and helpful. Cons: A few extra supplies like coffee would have gone that little stretch further to perfection." ~Sandra
