Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 21:00, and EUR 50 after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
