"Pros: Adorable boutique hotel with beautiful views of the lake, centrally located next to the promenade but quiet. Comfortable and spacious apartment room, with great service. Cocktail bar right downstairs and Breakfast was a nice touch too! Cons: It would have been nice if the bar was open throughout the day to have a coffee or purchase drinks/snacks when needed but it’s common for places to close during the afternoons in Italy, so understandable." ~Anonymous

"Pros: The location was great, Pietro met us when we arrived and showed us everything. He had also saved us a parking spot right next to the apartment. There is also a public parking lot not far from the apartment. There was a bit of a language barrier, as Pietro spoke Italian and we not so much, but we managed quite well. And messaging with Pietro was fast and easy, thanks to Google translate. The apartment was very clean and well equipped from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. We didn't try the laundry machine, but they had everything you need to wash your clothes, including detergent. The air conditioning worked well and the area was quiet and safe, lot of restaurants and the beaches nearby. We traveled with a 6 mo baby and there was a travel cot made ready for her, including her own towels. Cons: The only thing we might comment on in any kind of negative way was the somewhat strong odor of a house parfume or cleaning substances that was in the air and took quite a bit of ventilation to reduce. But we would definitely come here again and thank Pietro for his outstanding hospitability!" ~Leena
