"Pros: Wow, staying in a proper Italian apartment in a medieval house in a real medieval town is an experience in itself! It's like trying to get closer to the Italian way of life – the very thing you've travelled all this way for. Absolutely lovely!
Cons: This isn't a complaint or anything negative, but rather an important fact that travellers should be aware of. Strangely, the city has very, very poor mobile signal. Basically, you have to hunt for a spot where you can get a signal. Consequently, mobile internet is practically non-existent, or it's very, very slow. There's WiFi available in the room, but the data flow is really around 5 kB/sec, which is just enough for text communication. To plan the details of our trip, we had to go outside the city, where we could pick up 5G mobile internet."
