We arrived on Sunday, and Mónica spoke to us on the phone, and we told her the arrival time, and she was waiting for us outside on the street so that we would have no trouble finding the house. It was an apartment, larger than described and much better than the pictures on the web, tastefully renovated with many details that you hardly find in a hotel. Daniele, Mónica's partner, quickly resolved an issue with connecting my computer to the television. Both the Wi-Fi and the breakfast were very good. Absolutely recommendable.
