Nice and quiet location Cons: The parking space is along the fence, which sometimes leads to inconvenience and the need to pull off and re-park cars so neighbors can pull into their lots. The owner is stated to speak English, but communicated with us using a translator app. ( But this was fine, any issues were resolved) Unclear payment scheme, at the time of booking you could choose the number of guests, two or four, but it was not stated that if you booked for two, you would only have access to one bedroom. We had to pay extra for access to two bedrooms as for 4 guests." ~Nikita

"Pros: - delightful villa located just a 2min walk from sandy beach. - perfect place to relax and unwind, while enjoying all of Puglia’s hidden gems! - spotlessly clean - has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, dishwasher) and washing machine - cute little garden with a terrace and dining area - dedicated private (and free!) parking on-site is very handy as you definitely need a car to visit the nearby towns of Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino etc. Also nearby are: a small grocery store, bakery with delicious focaccia, a fried fish place and a coffee/cocktail bar. All within 2-3min walking. We had a truly charming and unforgettable experience with my partner and would highly recommend this place! Additional bonus points: - the owner Mrs Pina is very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need and more. You can also ask her to cook a local specialty ‘panzerotto’ for you (costs extra) which takes place while you wait and is delicious! Perfect for a dinner at home - The adjacent villa which forms part of the larger building can also be booked. So if you travel in a larger group (4 people and more) you can book the entire house" ~Pawel

"Pros: Our hosts Melania and Angelo as well as their team were simply amazing in every way possible. Property , inside and out was immaculate and very well maintained. Our room which was actually a suite was very comfortable and included a private large terrace. Melania helped us way beyind the call of duty advising where to visit and places to eat and was spot in every time.Breakfast offering was generous inc continental and cooked offering . To summarise , if you are going to Puglia , I couldn't recommend this boutique property more ....you will love it in every way!
