"Pros: Location to airport and Venice was easy to get to
Cons: The announcement about a city tax payable to the hotel came far too late, especially since the booking was made many months before and your correspondence came a matter of only one week prior when we had already disembarked on our travels. We had already paid the city tax on their official website, as our cruise had already informed us of this at least one month before you did. Despite this you still charged the 4 of us. So by being organised and having it already put a dampener on staying with you even before we went to the rooms. The room was generally OK but the shower leaked water all the way into the bathroom and having seen 2 bath mats that it is an obvious recurrent issue."
