"Pros: Taormina is a great place to visit, and Calipso offers the perfect opportunity to walk into it in the evening and get in the car and explore the rest of sicily during the day. The apartment has a great view of the sea, and is in the perfect location, a short walk from the middle of town with all the restaurants, bars and cafes, and it has parking which is like rocking horse .... In Taormina unless you splash out on one of the 5 star hotels. I would recommend getting a little car like the locals. There's a reason so many Italians drive Fiat 500's, Pandas and smart cars.

"Pros: Amazing location. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 babies. Great balcony and view as well. Highly recommend staying here.
Cons: It was great but if I had to mention a fault I would say it could use a few basic items like pool towels, dish/hand soap. Easily purchased down the street."

"Pros: Great location. Very quiet but quite central. Very well supplied with most items that we needed. Lovely spending time eating out on the balcony overlooking the sea. Owner was very responsive to all our questions.
Cons: To access the apartment there are 2 lifts and then 3 flights of stairs. Does overlook a car park but beyond beautiful view of the sea. The bathroom door did get stuck during our stay and it took quite a bit of force to open it again."
